Our enhanced Resume Search makes matching the right candidates to jobs faster and easier than ever. Look for intuitive search fields, a more efficient search process, easy-to interpret results, and powerful tools to help you manage and organize your candidates.
Gone are the days of scrolling through an entire resume to find a piece of data. Now key information is provided in a summary at the top of the page. This includes contact information, recent job title and employer, and other critical information. We've also added tabs that provide quick access to specific categories. These include Career Summary, which includes references; and Skills, which includes proficiencies and languages spoken by the candidate.
We've redesigned our Resume Search page to make it simpler, easier and faster. That means the most frequently used search criteria are now at the top of the page, and saved searches are more readily accessible. When you need to expand your search, just click the Additional Search Fields tab at the bottom of the page. Our resume search redesign ensures you can see more information at a glance, and better manage your candidates overall.
