Need to switch back and forth between folders and candidates easily? No problem. The redesigned Manage Candidates interface allows you to manage and track multiple candidates within your Monster account.
You will have more data at your fingertips with a richer user interface. Candidate details will be viewable simply by hovering the cursor over the candidate listing. The hover preview screen also provides options for viewing and downloading complete resumes. Move up to 20 candidates at a time between Resume Search and Manage Candidate folders, as well as delete candidate management folders.
Looking for a particular resume? Need to scan a list of candidates within a folder? Monster's new intuitive folder tree on the left side of your screen makes it faster and easier to filter, organize, and manage your candidates.
The new design allows you to see more information at a glance. Now you can view expanded details including Work Experience, Highest Education, Desired Salary and more. Filters allow you to pinpoint candidates within your folder by date, rating and screening score. You can also create folders to track interesting candidates for whom you do not currently have a specific position. And now you can take multiple actions within the same workflow without leaving your current page (e.g. forward a resume and add a note).
Look for sub-folders up to five levels deep within the folder tree and an easy-to-use address book for forwarding resumes. We also simplify the process of managing candidates by putting a number of useful tools at your disposal, such as adding notes to a candidate and setting reminders for yourself, forwarding resumes to colleagues, tracking the status of candidates through the hiring cycle, and copying resumes to other folders. This newly redesigned set of tools improves recruiter productivity through a new, intuitive approach to make your day-to-day activities more effective.
