We make complying with reporting requirements simple. All Monster customers can track the following EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and AA (Affirmative Action) data of candidates applying for jobs on Monster: Ethnicity, Gender, Veteran Status, and/or Disability Status.
When you enable EEO tracking on Monster, you'll be able to assign EEO classification to any jobs you post, or assign AAP classification as well. Monster then provides multiple easy options for acquiring the EEO/AA data of candidates. We've also added an EEO/AA Applicant Summary Report and an EEO/AA Applicant Detail Report to make your reporting easier.
